James 1:27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
God has a soft spot for the most vulnerable, people who can’t pull themselves out of whatever mess they are in. That’s the nature of the whole Gospel. When we step into the lives of vulnerable people, we’re modeling the heart of God for them.

Genesis 50:20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.

You could be the very conduit that heals a broken family.
God is redeeming family and fixing brokenness in the families around us through pulling them into our CHURCH FAMILY! So, this verse is an invitation for you to be a part of this.

James 1:22 NIV Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.
How beautiful is it that God allows us to step into their brokenness, see their families completely turned around, and see them be blessed to the 100th generation?! This Pure and Faultless brand of religion isn’t just a command, it’s a gracious invitation to be a part of something that’s worth giving your life to. All you have to do is love broken families, and serve them in their need.
